Step 1: Separate broccoli florets.
Step 2: Peel stems and cut into 1 1/2" slices.
Step 3: Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Step 4: Add broccoli and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
Step 5: Add salt, water and sugar.
Step 6: Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Step 7: Uncover and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
Step 8: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
