Step by Step Method
Step 1
Lightly spray a skillet with oil
Step 2
Over medium heat brown the onions
Step 3
Add a few drops of water and stir
Step 4
When the onions have browned add tomatoes & Zucchini
Step 5
Sprinkle on the Montreal spice
Step 6
Season with salt & pepper
Step 7
Stir fry for apprx 10 minutes or until the zucchini is heated through.
Step 8
If they are too dry add a dash of wine or water (optional)
Step 9
Do not overcook the Zucchine you want it to still have some crunch
