Step 1: Lightly spray a skillet with oil
Step 2: Over medium heat brown the onions
Step 3: Add a few drops of water and stir
Step 4: When the onions have browned add tomatoes & Zucchini
Step 5: Sprinkle on the Montreal spice
Step 6: Season with salt & pepper
Step 7: Stir fry for apprx 10 minutes or until the zucchini is heated through.
Step 8: If they are too dry add a dash of wine or water (optional)
Step 9: Do not overcook the Zucchine you want it to still have some crunch
