"This salad is so easy to make and so attractive. If you wish to use this as a starter salad then it will serve two. Double and triple it as many times as you wish. I often use a bottled Raspberry Vinaigrette "Everything Done Right" "Toasted Pecan Raspberry Vinaigrette". The vinaigrette recipe I have posted here makes 1/2 cup and will keep for months in your fridge. Two tablespoons equals less than 10 calories. The vinaigrette recipe is from Cooks.com. Hope you enjoy the recipe"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
You may toss the spinach, strawberries and grapes together but I like to see them nicely arranged on a plate. The spinach goes on the plate first then arrange the grapes and strawberries over it.
Step 2
Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients, mix well refrigerate in a jar with a tight fitting lid
Step 3
Just before serving, shake the vinaigrette and drizzle as much as you like over your salad. Save remaining dressing in the fridge for the next time
