Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Stir uncooked rice together with vegetable soup mix in 8 inch square baking dish.
Step 3
Heat water to boiling and pour over the rice and vegetables.
Step 4
Cover tightly with foil.
Step 5
Bake brown rice at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or white rice for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Remove foil and fluff with fork.
Step 7
Serve immediately or cool and store covered to reheat later.
