  • Vegetable soup mix (one envelope, Knorr or Lipton)
  • 2 cups water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Stir uncooked rice together with vegetable soup mix in 8 inch square baking dish.

  • Step 3: Heat water to boiling and pour over the rice and vegetables.

  • Step 4: Cover tightly with foil.

  • Step 5: Bake brown rice at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or white rice for 25 minutes.

  • Step 6: Remove foil and fluff with fork.
