"Srikhand is a Middle Eastern dessert that is super easy to make. Its sweet-tart flavor is wonderful when paired with a crisp cookie or fried dough. It is supposed to be just a bit tart, but add a bit more honey if desired. Shrikhand also makes a great addition over pancakes, with cookies, or other dense baked goods."
