Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Pam spray pan heavily maybe butter it too.
Step 3
Mix everything except bananas.
Step 4
Put bananas cut side down, single layer, in a pan only large enough to hold them snugly like that.
Step 5
Sprinkle on raisins.
Step 6
Pour sherry mixture over them evenly.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes or until completely tender. Serve at once, from baking dish.
Step 8
Also be careful not to leave it in the oven too long because the sauce will soon become hard and stick to the pan.
