Step by Step Method
Step 1
Lightly spray a large skillet with oil.

Over medium high heat fry the green onion & Chorizo 3 minutes.

Whip together the eggs,milk, chili flakes, sour cream (cottage cheese) and flour..Pour into the skillet.

Sprinkle in the raisins.
Step 5
Let the eggs begin to settle.
Step 6
With a spatula roll the eggs to form lovely curds.
Step 7
Continue doing this until the eggsare fully cooked.
Step 8
Season with salt & Pepper.
Step 9
Seerve with some salsa on top.
