Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a food processor crush the crackers.
Step 2
Add the melted butter, vanilla

And 3 Tablespoons sugar.

Pulsate a few times and then whirl until some type of loose paste forms.

Place the cracker mix into a 9" pie pan.
Step 6
Press the crust down with a spoon .
Step 7
Set aside.
Step 8
It should have taken about a cup to make the crust, so the rest can be used for garnish.
Step 9
Beat cold milk until thick, then add lemon juice and 1 cup sugar.
Step 10
Pour mixture into pie pan, sprinkle the rest of the graham crumbs over top, and chill in freezer until firm enough to the cut into pieces.
