Step 1: In a food processor crush the crackers.
Step 2: Add the melted butter, vanilla
Step 3: And 3 Tablespoons sugar.
Step 4: Pulsate a few times and then whirl until some type of loose paste forms.
Step 5: Place the cracker mix into a 9" pie pan.
Step 6: Press the crust down with a spoon .
Step 7: Set aside.
Step 8: It should have taken about a cup to make the crust, so the rest can be used for garnish.
Step 9: Beat cold milk until thick, then add lemon juice and 1 cup sugar.
Step 10: Pour mixture into pie pan, sprinkle the rest of the graham crumbs over top, and chill in freezer until firm enough to the cut into pieces.
