Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray an 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, butter, salt, garlic powder and fresh cracked pepper.
Step 3
Arrange half of the potato slices in the baking dish; top with 1/2 cup cheese. Add the remaining potatoes.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, bring cream thyme, Parmesan cheese and bay leaf to a boil; pour over potatoes.
Step 5
Top with remaining 1/2 cheese.
Step 6
Bake uncovered, for 45 - 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
