" Swiss Chard is an under appreciated veggie. It is very high in iron and very low in calories. Add mushrooms and onions to the recipe, add some Marsala wine. Have fun and play with the recipe. Lovely to add 4 tablespoons Marsala wine for the last minute cooking"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok or skillet

Step 2

Saute the garlic for a minute

Step 3

Have a high heat, add swiss chard, toss with the garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook only until the chard is heated through and wilted. The moisture left on the chard from washing it is enough water to help steam it.
