Step 1: Heat oil in a wok or skillet
Step 2: Saute the garlic for a minute
Step 3: Have a high heat, add swiss chard, toss with the garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook only until the chard is heated through and wilted. The moisture left on the chard from washing it is enough water to help steam it.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper and serve
