Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound red swiss chard, washed, bottom piece of stem removed, stem and leaves chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olice oil
  • 3 large garlic cloved, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a wok or skillet

  • Step 2: Saute the garlic for a minute

  • Step 3: Have a high heat, add swiss chard, toss with the garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook only until the chard is heated through and wilted. The moisture left on the chard from washing it is enough water to help steam it.

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper and serve
