Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and oil to the pan; swirl under the butter melts.

Step 2

Add the cabbage, apple, caraway seeds, and salt; cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Uncover and cook 5 minutes or until the cabbage and apples are tender (to your liking), stirring occasionally.
