I made this for two and had it over a slice of Angel Food Cake with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a big spoonful of Cool Whip. It was a quick and delicious dessert that takes no time once you cut up the apples.

These are so good I could swim in it. I was pleasantly surprised how good this dish came out. Not only does it work as a desert but I can see that it also could work as a side dish to pork by cutting down the sugar a bit to pare with savory. Love love the wine in the background. It really makes the dish. I'm adding this to my Best file! Thank you MsPia for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag game.
