Step 1

Prick sausages all over to release fat

Step 2

In a deep skilled arrange sausages and cover with boiling water. Simmer 10 minutes, then drain well

Step 3

Return sausages to dry skillet

Step 4

Combine beer, honey and mustard and pour over sausages

Step 5

Cook over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, till beer evaporates and sausages are glazed

Step 6

If pan becomes dry during cooking, add more bear
