  • 1 1/2 pound pork sausages (breakfast sausage)
  • 1 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prick sausages all over to release fat

  • Step 2: In a deep skilled arrange sausages and cover with boiling water. Simmer 10 minutes, then drain well

  • Step 3: Return sausages to dry skillet

  • Step 4: Combine beer, honey and mustard and pour over sausages

  • Step 5: Cook over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, till beer evaporates and sausages are glazed

  • Step 6: If pan becomes dry during cooking, add more bear
