Step 1: Prick sausages all over to release fat
Step 2: In a deep skilled arrange sausages and cover with boiling water. Simmer 10 minutes, then drain well
Step 3: Return sausages to dry skillet
Step 4: Combine beer, honey and mustard and pour over sausages
Step 5: Cook over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, till beer evaporates and sausages are glazed
Step 6: If pan becomes dry during cooking, add more bear
