"Hot from the oven, these are superb. Unfortunately, the recipe may need some modification because Bisquick is no longer made the way it was when I received this recipe (1970s) from my mother, who may have got it from a Bisquick package or cookbook."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt cheese in double boiler.
Step 2
Add meat, mix well, and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add to baking mix in large bowl.
Step 4
Form into 3/4-inch balls.
Step 5
Bake on lightly greased sheet at 350'F. for about 15 minutes, till lightly browned.
Step 6
Serve at once.
