  • 1 pound pork sausage (regular)
  • 12 3/4 ounces Bisquick Baking Mix ( baking mix like Bisquick = 3 cups)
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  • Cayenne, pinch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt cheese in double boiler.

  • Step 2: Add meat, mix well, and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3: Add to baking mix in large bowl.

  • Step 4: Form into 3/4-inch balls.

  • Step 5: Bake on lightly greased sheet at 350'F. for about 15 minutes, till lightly browned.

  • Step 6: Serve at once.
