Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Remove tips from wings and discard, cut chicken wings in half at the joint.

Step 3

Combine sherry in large baking dish with sauces and honey, mix in chicken wings, place in single layer in dish, bake in 375°F. oven 1 hour, basting occasionally. Reheat cooked chicken on barbecue before serving...

I had just under 1 kilogram of wings (7 plump juicy wings) dissected the three joints and tips went into the freezer and will become stock at a later date and then made as per recipe and the end result was juicy, saucy and sticky wings and if you are like me and like to eat your wings with your fingers then make sure you have a finger bowl and napkins at the table or next to you.
