Salmon With Herb Coating (WW)

"We enjoyed this fish - and it was easy! served with a tossed salad. 5 smart points/serving I used the herbs that are in my garden - parsley, chives and oregano. The suggested herbs are chives, parsley, basil and tarragon - I think the herbs that are on hand will probably work well. Recipe source: WW magazine (March/April 2016)"

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Using a food processor puree the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice and salt.

Step 3

Place salmon skin side down on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Pour or spread yogurt mixture over the salmon.

Step 4

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is done and cooked through.

This was surprisingly...the hubby really enjoyed it and he know it had plain yogurt...(it took me years to get him to try the flavored kind)...I used the herbs that are listed in the recipe...except my parsley was curly...I did throw it under the broiler to add color to it...made for Billboard tag game...
