Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces yogurt (plain, fat-free, 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley (flat-leaf)
  • 1/8 cup oregano (see note in description on herbs)
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 fillet (1 pound) salmon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Using a food processor puree the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice and salt.

  • Step 3: Place salmon skin side down on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Pour or spread yogurt mixture over the salmon.

  • Step 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is done and cooked through.
