Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute onions and green pepper in oil until just translucent.

Step 2

Pour salmon juice onto measuring cup, then add enough milk to make 1 cup.

Step 3

Mix in cornbread mix add egg add veggies, mix.

Step 4

In bottom of ring mold spray heavily with Pam, then put salmon in bottom. Cover with cornbread mixture.

Step 5

Bake 375 for 55 minutes or until done.

Step 6

Turn out and fill center with veggies.

Step 7

Serve with mushroom sauce.
