Step 1: Saute onions and green pepper in oil until just translucent.
Step 2: Pour salmon juice onto measuring cup, then add enough milk to make 1 cup.
Step 3: Mix in cornbread mix add egg add veggies, mix.
Step 4: In bottom of ring mold spray heavily with Pam, then put salmon in bottom. Cover with cornbread mixture.
Step 5: Bake 375 for 55 minutes or until done.
Step 6: Turn out and fill center with veggies.
Step 7: Serve with mushroom sauce.
