Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can (16 ounce) salmon (undrained)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 package (14 ounce) corn bread mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions and green pepper in oil until just translucent.

  • Step 2: Pour salmon juice onto measuring cup, then add enough milk to make 1 cup.

  • Step 3: Mix in cornbread mix add egg add veggies, mix.

  • Step 4: In bottom of ring mold spray heavily with Pam, then put salmon in bottom. Cover with cornbread mixture.

  • Step 5: Bake 375 for 55 minutes or until done.

  • Step 6: Turn out and fill center with veggies.

  • Step 7: Serve with mushroom sauce.
