Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Heat butter in cast iron skillet.

Add peppers and onions.

Lightly season.

Cook until onions are translucent.

Add salami.

Beat eggs with seasoning to taste.

Add to pan.

Stir a little and add tomatoes.

Yum! I love the combination of eggs and salami, so this was wonderful. Another great recipe idea for summer, this can also be done without oven, just cook for another while on the stove. Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC game
