Step by Step Method

Divide the bread in 1/2 cutting crosswise.

Whisk egg, milk, cream, sugar, salt and cinnamon. ( i just used 1/4 cup half and half , light cream of some of you BECAUSE I LIKE DENSER TOAST )

Heat oil in skillet.
Step 4
Dip bread into egg mixture. Put into medium hot pan and brown on 1 side then flip.
