Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fry bacon, dont drain grease.
Step 2
Add scallion, sauerkraut and mushrooms.
Step 3
Add caraway if you wish.
Step 4
Add water, simmer (dont allow to run dry).
Step 5
In 30 minutes(I didn't cook this long because of canned mushrooms).
Step 6
Add sour cream, mix.
