Step 1: Fry bacon, dont drain grease.
Step 2: Add scallion, sauerkraut and mushrooms.
Step 3: Add caraway if you wish.
Step 4: Add water, simmer (dont allow to run dry).
Step 5: In 30 minutes(I didn't cook this long because of canned mushrooms).
Step 6: Add sour cream, mix.
