Step by Step Method

In stock pot add water, brisket and bones

Cover bringing to a boil. Skim

Simmer 90 minutes

Add tomatoes and onions. Cook 30 minutes

Add cabbage apples and seasoning
Step 6
Simmer on low stirring occasionally 45 minutes
Step 7
Add beets, sugar and lemon juice. Simmer15 minutes more
