"Hummus is one of my favourite types of dip. This one has the addition of roasted red peppers which is fantastic. I serve this with crudites or corn tortillas."

If more stars were available, this would be worthy! I left it a little grainier than commercial hummus, which added to its deliciousness. I'm saving it for company this weekend, but licked out the bowl and the spatula I scooped it out with! Wow!
