  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (plus for for garnish, I use the jarred stuff)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
