Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves, then cut them in half.

Step 3

Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest.

Step 4

Transfer them to a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes, until crisp outside and tender inside.

Step 5

Shake the pan from time to time to brown the Brussels sprouts evenly.

We couldn't get enough of these sprout's and I could have eaten the lot on my own. So easy to make and I loved the flavour of the added lime zest. So easy to prepare and make, I will be making these again for sure!
