Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Step 2

Place a jelly-roll pan in the oven while it is pre-heating.

Step 3

Combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and broccoli in a bowl, tossing to coat. Spread the broccoli mixture in an even layer on the prepared pan.

Step 4

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until tender and browned in spots. Drizzle lemon juice over broccoli. Enjoy!!

Daily Inspiration

We love roasted veggies and the broccoli was delicious. Love the spritz of the lemon juice to really bring out the flavor. Served it with a steak and mushrooms on the side.
