"We love variety which often has me making a rice dressing as well as the traditional bread stuffing when roasting our turkey. With a larger bird one can stuff with rice and follow with the tradition bread dressing or the Rice Dressing can be baked in a casserole and served as a side dish. Never any left overs with this old classic! For the Thanksgiving and Christmas Turkey I occasionally add in 1/4 to 1/2 cup dried cranberries."
