Step 1: In heavy pan over medium heat melt butter add rice stirring until golden brown.
Step 2: In a large pot on low heat add boiling water, onions, celery, the browned rice, salt, pepper and thyme.
Step 3: Simmer until water is absorbed and rice.
Step 4: Always stuff your turkey just before roasting.
