Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine rhubarb sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Place in greased 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Combine brown sugar and flour. Cut in oils. Mix until crumbly.
Step 3
Pour over rhubarb.
Step 4
Bake for 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
