Step 1
Add vinegar, sugar and olive oil to a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Salt and pepper the dressing. Set aside.
Step 2
Slice cabbage and peel and grate the apple. Add to the dressing and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate atleast 1 hour, but longer is better for flavors. Enjoy!
