Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 head of a small cabbage (sliced thin-not minced, your choice of color)
  • 1 red apple, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or more depending on your tastes) (You can also use sugar substitute)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil-approximate)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add vinegar, sugar and olive oil to a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Salt and pepper the dressing. Set aside.

  • Step 2: Slice cabbage and peel and grate the apple. Add to the dressing and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate atleast 1 hour, but longer is better for flavors. Enjoy!
