Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a cup or bowl combine the first 5 ingredients (-pepper) and then slowly add the oils in a steady stream, mixing with a whisk until vinaigrette is emulsified. Stir in olives and mint.

Step 2

In a large salad bowl add the lettuce and then toss with half of the dressing. Arrange avocado and grapefruit on top and then pour more dressing on top; toss.
