Step by Step Method
Step 1
To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small jug until combined.
Step 2
Cut lettuce crossways into 1cm slices and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 3
Place apple in a small bowl and add juice and toss to coat and then add apple to lettuce with carrot, cabbage and snow peas and drizzle with dressing and to combine and then transfer to a serving plate.
