Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut chicken into cubes. Lightly toss with cornstarch in bag to coat.
Step 2
Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium-high heat; add in chicken and chopped garlic; stir-fry tossing constantly until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken broth (or water) then cover and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add green onions and cayenne; cook uncovered about 2 minutes longer.
