"This is an 'oldie' but a 'goodie.' A perfect easy and delicious spread/dip with or on crackers, pita chips, baguettes, cucumber slices, on deviled eggs; or, stuffed in celery sticks. Use your imagination."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Base ... Add the cream cheese, (sour cream option - see 'Note'), scallions, worcestershire, hot sauce, lemon juice and dill to a small bowl and mix well. Add the salmon and gently mix to combine.
Step 2
Note: Option with Sour Cream. If you prefer a more 'dip like' consistency; or, just like the spread, not as 'rich,' reduce the cream cheese by 2 oz, and add 1/4-1/3 cup of sour cream. This will thin out the spread to make it more of a dip consistency and a bit 'lighter' in flavor. I make it both ways; and, both are equally as good.
Step 3
Finish and Serve ... Make sure to refrigerate at least 2 hours, for the best result. Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, baguettes, cucumber slices, celery sticks or anything you like. ENJOY! It is a very classic, easy, and delicious recipe.
