Queen Anne Cordial Cherry Chocolate Martini
"From the Queen Anne recipe collection. This makes enough chocolate mix for 4 cocktails, but the cocktail ingredients are for just one cocktail. I haven't tried this one yet, but it sounds interesting."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Make the chocolate mix: In a small heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate cordials. Add a splash of half/half or evaporated milk to reduce the stickiness. Pluck out the cherries, rinse, and set aside for the garnish. Let the mix cool somewhat.
Step 2
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add a splash of half/half or evaporated milk, the coconut cream, vodka and vanilla. Add the Queen Anne chocolate mix to taste. Shake vigorously until frosty.
Step 3
Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a reserved maraschino cherry and a cordial on a cocktail pick.
Step 4
If you have any leftover cherries, you can shave some chocolate over the martini, as well.
