How to Make

  • Step 1: Make the chocolate mix: In a small heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate cordials. Add a splash of half/half or evaporated milk to reduce the stickiness. Pluck out the cherries, rinse, and set aside for the garnish. Let the mix cool somewhat.

  • Step 2: Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add a splash of half/half or evaporated milk,  the coconut cream, vodka and vanilla. Add the Queen Anne chocolate mix to taste. Shake vigorously until frosty.

  • Step 3: Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a reserved maraschino cherry and a cordial on a cocktail pick.

  • Step 4: If you have any leftover cherries, you can shave some chocolate over the martini, as well.
