Step by Step Method
Step 1
In boiling salted water add macaroni and cook all dente . Drain
Step 2
In large saucepan melt butter
Step 3
Add onion cook until tender
Step 4
Add spices, add flour and milk. Cook until thick
Step 5
Add 1/2 of the cheese add drained macaroni
Step 6
Pour into greased 9x13 casserole pan
Step 7
Top with rest of cheese and top with tomatoes
Step 8
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
