Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter and Pam spray casserole dish.
Step 3
Cook grits in boiling water until thickened, whisking constantly.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt margarine and cheese.
Step 5
Add to hot cooked grits and season to taste.
Step 6
Beat eggs in 1 cup measuring cup.
Step 7
Fill the rest of the way with milk.
Step 8
Mix into grits.
Step 9
Pour into casserole.
Step 10
Sprinkle crackers on top, sprinkle paprika on cracker crumbs.
Step 11
Bake 40 minutes until firm.
