"They have it cut up but i think that spatchcocked would be great with this recipe .also people have used pink grapefruit juice and grapefruit from produce section. If you spatch cock it i think could brown in oven"

Step 1

Peel and section grapefruit, squeezing all juice from membranes into saucepan.
