Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large heavy skillet.
Step 2
Brown tenderloins on all sides.
Step 3
Remove to shallow baking pan.
Step 4
Melt remaining butter in small saucepan.
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Step 6
Pour sauce over tenderloins.
Step 7
Roast at 350ºF for 30 minutes, basting often, until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
Step 8
Slice into 1-inch slices and drizzle with remaining glaze to serve.
